By accessing or using RewriteDoc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RewriteDoc provides AI-powered writing tools including text humanization, AI detection, paraphrasing, grammar checking, summarization, and other text processing services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased as one-time payments never expire. Subscription credits reset monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit. We do not store or use your text after processing. The Service, including its design, features, and code, remains our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-processed text will pass all detection systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
